Located in an 1892 restored warehouse, the completely renovated Olde Harbour Inn in Savannah, Ga., has served as a bed-and-breakfast inn since 1987. Overlooking the Savannah River, the four-story Olde Harbour Inn is nestled between the famous River Street and the cobblestones of Factors Walk, and is within one mile of the city's original square and numerous historical attractions.
An intimate parlor is the setting for daily complimentary continental breakfasts and evening wine and cheese receptions. Meeting rooms are available for small groups, such as private receptions and company retreats; business services, a safe-deposit box and parking are also available. Savannah riverboat cruises depart two blocks from the Inn, and a variety of running paths traverse the waterfront. Bicycles can also be rented nearby, and strolls throughout Savannah's historical district start at the Inn's front doorstep.
The Olde Harbour features 24 suites on four floors. Each suite is individually decorated, with windows that open, four-poster pedestal beds, luxurious fabrics and other furnishings reminiscent of colonial days gone by. The suites also include fully equipped kitchens with stoves, microwave ovens, refrigerators and coffeemakers. Additional amenities are CD players, cable television and dial-up Internet access.
Guests can enjoy the luxurious touches of Southern hospitality, such as bathrobes and nightly turndown service with ice- cream treats, making a stay at the Olde Harbour Inn all the more memorable.
